An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced PMO Manager to join a global business with a portfolio of well-known brands. Based in the London office and supporting the Chief Strategy Officer, this role will play a key part in coordinating and delivering strategic and operational priorities across Reebok Europe. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, cross-functional coordination, and ensuring key projects and transformation initiatives are delivered successfully. Salary £55,000 to £65,000 depending on experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Translate strategic priorities into clear implementation plans with defined deliverables, ownership, deadlines, and KPIs
  • Manage key projects and workstreams across Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Retail, eCommerce, and IT
  • Maintain central project roadmaps, milestone trackers, and governance processes to ensure initiatives remain on track
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, challenge delays, and ensure recovery plans are implemented where required
  • Produce clear reporting for senior management covering progress, risks, blockers, dependencies, and key decisions
  • Maintain PMO governance including RAID logs, RACI structures, project trackers, decision logs, and escalation processes
  • Identify project risks and resource constraints, working with stakeholders to develop appropriate mitigation plans
  • Support business transformation, process improvement, and implementation of new systems and ways of working

  • Minimum 5 years' experience within PMO, programme management, transformation, strategy execution, consulting, or a similar role
  • Previous experience within retail, sportswear, or licensed fashion is essential
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders
  • Commercially minded with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, with experience of project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet, or Jira advantageous
