Succession Wealth is one of the UK's leading, independent financial planning and wealth management businesses with a national network of Wealth Advisors and support teams providing holistic, independent wealth management and financial planning services. Now is a fantastic time to join Succession as we enter an exciting new phase of planned growth which will see our workforce and business develop and flourish even further.

We’re looking for an experienced PMO Manager to lead the day-to-day running of our Project Management Office and play a key role in shaping and assuring delivery across our change portfolio.

This is a hands-on role for a change professional who thrives on robust governance, high-quality reporting and partnering with senior stakeholders to provide confidence in delivery. You’ll work closely with Project and Programme Managers, Business Analysts, Finance and key wider business stakeholders to ensure change initiatives are planned, governed and reported consistently, in line with our Change Framework.

The Opportunity

  • Leading and managing the day-to-day operation of the PMO, embedding PMO standards, processes and tools.
  • Supporting change governance forums, including preparation of materials, quality assurance and tracking actions and decisions.
  • Producing accurate, timely and insightful portfolio and project reporting covering status, RAID, finances, milestones, dependencies and benefits.
  • Maintaining portfolio plans, roadmaps and capacity views to support prioritisation and informed decision-making.
  • Providing clear analysis and insight to senior stakeholders, highlighting trends, risks and delivery confidence.
  • Partnering with Project and Programme Managers to support realistic planning, forecasting and delivery controls, constructively challenging where required.
  • Supporting financial and benefits tracking across the change portfolio.
  • Driving continuous improvement of PMO processes, templates and reporting.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
