PMO Manager- Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Project Management Office, ensuring alignment with Reebok's strategic goals.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement PMO policies, processes, and standards to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and allocate resources accordingly.
  • Monitor project performance, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Mentor and support project managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

  • Proven experience in a PMO Manager role, preferably within a large, dynamic organisation.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
  • Experience in the retail or sportswear industry is a plus.
