Ontic PMO – Supply Chain Project Lead

Ontic, a leading licensor and manufacturer of complex engineering parts for the global aerospace and defence industries, are now recruiting for a PMO – Supply Chain Project Lead to join our Project Management Team, where you'll support us in delivering all Supply Chain activities associated with licensed product transfers into Ontic.

This role will be primarily based at our Staverton site but covers all RoW facilities, with travel to licensors and suppliers when required.

The Role

As our PMO – Supply Chain Project Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring Supply Chain excellence across our licensed product transfer programmes. • Collaboration: Working collaboratively with the Project Management Office, Supply Chain teams, licensors, suppliers and key stakeholders, you'll develop and deliver robust Supply Chain transfer plans covering activities such as Supplier Onboarding, Purchase Order Transfers, Inventory Management and Supply Chain provisioning through SIOP.

  • Material Planning: You'll be responsible for understanding project demand requirements and translating these into effective material plans to support production line set-up, Product Verification builds and the customer order book. You'll create and lead discussions around material Line of Balance and Clear to Build status, working closely with our business-as-usual teams to ensure inventory transfers and material availability support both project milestones and ongoing production requirements.

  • Reporting: Reporting to the PV Operations Manager and working closely with the Project Management Office, you'll attend regular project reviews with licensors, suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring Supply Chain project status, risks, actions and progress are communicated clearly at all levels of the organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
