PMO Support Officer | 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Location: Swansea
Working Pattern: Hybrid - 2 days in the office
Salary: Up to £30,000
We are currently recruiting for an experienced PMO Support Officer to join an established organisation within a technology-focused environment. This is initially a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.
This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting projects, programmes or PMO functions, who is confident working across documentation, reporting, governance and project administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day PMO and project administration support.
- Maintain project plans, documentation, dashboards and reports.
- Manage RAID logs, tracking risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies.
- Coordinate project meetings, agendas, minutes and actions.
- Support project budget, resource and milestone tracking.
- Assist with project audits, governance and compliance activities.
- Maintain and improve PMO processes, templates and documentation.
- Support change control and ensure project information is accurately recorded.
- Help develop project guides, processes and training materials.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and lessons learned.

Key Requirements
- PMO, project support or project administration experience.
- Strong documentation, reporting and organisational skills.
- Experience with project plans, RAID logs and dashboards.
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Confident communicating with stakeholders across teams.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Experience with project management tools is desirable.
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, audits or cybersecurity is advantageous.
