You will also ensure data quality and reporting excellence through robust standards, enterprise-grade models, and automated insight products, while leading system upgrades, integrations, and technical change initiatives in partnership with IT and external vendors.

This role sits within the PMO team and plays a key role in strengthening portfolio governance, reporting capability, and data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

What you’ll do as a PMO Systems & Reporting Manager

PMO Systems & Reporting Strategy

  • Own and lead the strategy, design, and continuous improvement of PMO systems and reporting platforms.
  • Act as the organisation’s subject matter expert for PMO tooling, defining configuration, workflows, integrations, and system changes.
  • Ensure PMO systems support effective portfolio governance, delivery oversight, and management insight.
  • Provide expert-level guidance to PMO teams and project professionals on systems, reporting standards, and best practice.

Data Governance & Quality Assurance

  • Oversee end-to-end data governance and quality assurance across all PMO datasets.
  • Establish and enforce data standards, validation rules, metadata structures, and assurance processes.
  • Ensure PMO data is accurate, consistent, reliable, and fit for decision-making.
  • Maintain robust data structures, controlled vocabularies, data lineage, and appropriate access controls.

Enterprise Reporting & Insight

  • Develop, maintain, and optimise enterprise reporting models and automated insight products.
  • Design robust Power BI datasets, semantic models, dashboards, and reporting solutions for senior stakeholders.
  • Develop automated reporting pipelines that provide timely, trusted, and actionable performance intelligence.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, data quality, automation, and portfolio insight.

System Upgrades, Integrations & Technical Change

  • Lead system upgrades, integrations, and technical change initiatives in partnership with IT and external vendors.
  • Assess impacts, define technical requirements, lead testing, and make informed decisions on solution design and configuration.
  • Ensure PMO systems remain stable, scalable, secure, and aligned with governance standards.
  • Support integrations between PMO platforms, enterprise systems, and reporting environments.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
