PMO Analyst - Insurance Transformation

Contract | £350 per day | Inside IR35 | London/Hybrid

We are looking for an experienced PMO Analyst to support the delivery of a major transformation programme within the insurance sector. This role will work closely with Project Managers and Programme PMO, providing hands-on support across the full range of PMO activities including planning, governance, reporting, RAID management and change control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day project and programme delivery, including planning, reporting, RAID management and change control
  • Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, governance packs and other key project artefacts
  • Coordinate resources, actions and dependencies across multiple workstreams
  • Produce concise and accurate reporting for senior stakeholders and governance forums
  • Support project assurance and ensure appropriate governance and project standards are followed
  • Manage change requests and support the re-baselining of project plans where required
  • Work closely with Project Managers, challenging where appropriate and making recommendations

Experience Required

  • Insurance experience is essential - candidates without insurance experience will not be considered
  • Ideally experience within Specialty or General Insurance
  • 5+ years' experience working within PMO, project delivery or project management
  • Strong experience across project planning, RAID, governance, reporting and change control
  • Comfortable working with and communicating to senior stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work autonomously in a complex transformation environment
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Project and SharePoint
