PMP Manager
The Programme and Project Partners (PPP) model was mobilised in 2019 with the purpose of transforming major project delivery at the Sellafield nuclear site.
The partnership is delivering a 20-year pipeline of major infrastructure projects to support the decommissioning of Sellafield and to create a clean and safe environment for future generations.
In delivering its pipeline of large-scale infrastructure projects, PPP is creating opportunities for its people, supply chain, economy and communities.
KBR’s rapidly growing nuclear team of teams is working at the forefront of the UK’s nuclear space on some of the most exciting new-build, defence and decommissioning programmes.

PMP Manager
The PMP Manager will be responsible for the leadership, coordination, and governance of Plant Modification Proposals (PMPs). This role ensures that modifications to plant and processes are controlled, safe, and compliant with Site License Conditions and SLP 1.02.14 requirements.
The role leads PMP delivery from initiation through to closeout, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement, integration with project controls, and adherence to safety, environmental, and design intent requirements.

Key Responsibilities Include
- Leading PMP delivery from initiation through to closeout.
- Ensuring effective stakeholder engagement.
- Integrating with project controls.
- Adhering to safety, environmental, and design intent requirements.
Essential Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in PMP management
- Completion of PMP-related training:
- Environmental Awareness (EL0160)
- COMAH Awareness (FB0060)
- Proven attendance and presentation at PMP committees
- Demonstrated experience managing PMP closeout
