Company Description
The Diamond Store is a UK online fine jewellery brand with heritage in London's Hatton Garden dating back to 1956. We design and sell both lab-grown and natural diamond jewellery, with a focus on ethically sourced, conflict-free materials, bringing luxury within reach for a modern audience. As we mark 70 years, we're a scaling business investing in craftsmanship, innovation, and original content, and a place where our team helps shape a legacy brand's next chapter.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Podcast Editor role based in Hatton Garden, London, within our Marketing Design team. It's a founding creative hire behind a brand-new video podcast series, a genuine ground-floor seat for someone who wants to help define what the show becomes rather than slot into an existing machine.
You'll own the end-to-end post-production pipeline for a video-first podcast: multi-camera editing, colour grading, sound design and mixing, and motion graphics. Just as importantly, you'll shape raw, long-form conversation into stories that hook and hold, cutting for pace and rhythm, finding the standout moments, and turning every episode into short- and long-form clips built to grow an audience across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
