We exist to create a more equal society for women, at home, at work, in communities and institutions.
We fight for gender equity through system-level change by educating about and advocating for living in sync with your cycle.
We are inclusive, innovative learners and storytellers. We never tell others what to do but provide the tools, the platform and the environment for people to share their stories and lived period realities. We amplify voices and stories that deserve to be shared to spark curiosity for cycle-tracking and allow for peer-to-peer learning.
Our aim is to share high quality resources (blogs, articles, trackers), courses and tools (tracking app) - for free - to inspire, educate and empower 1 billion people by 2030.
Why this role matters
Our podcast is more than a series of conversations; it's a platform for evidence, lived experience and honest dialogue about women's health, hormones, menstrual health and the broader cycle ecosystem. Through every episode, we challenge how people think about living and working within our cycles and help create conversations that drive meaningful change.
To expand its reach and long-term impact, we're looking for someone who can build meaningful relationships with sponsors, organisations, experts and inspiring guests. This role will help grow the podcast through strategic partnerships, engaging conversations, and opportunities that increase its visibility and sustainability.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
