Podcast Producer (remote/ work from anywhere)
Salary: 40k-50k
We're currently recruiting on behalf of a growing media business for a Podcast Producer to join the team behind an established business and entrepreneurship podcast.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, highly organised Producer to take ownership of the production process, from researching guests and developing episode angles through to coordinating recordings and overseeing final edits.
The successful candidate will ideally come from a podcast, YouTube, media or content production background, with strong editorial instincts and a genuine interest in entrepreneurship, startups and business. You'll understand what makes a compelling long-form conversation and have a natural ability to identify interesting stories, topics and guests.
You'll also contribute to the wider content strategy, helping turn podcast conversations into engaging content across YouTube and social platforms and identifying opportunities to grow the show's audience.

Responsibilities
- Produce podcast episodes from research and planning through to recording and publication
- Research guests and develop compelling episode angles, talking points and interview briefs
- Identify and research potential guests across entrepreneurship, business, investing and technology
- Support guest outreach, bookings and recording schedules
- Oversee recordings and coordinate wider production logistics
- Work with editors to deliver high-quality final episodes, providing feedback on storytelling, pacing and structure
- Identify strong moments and hooks for short-form social content
- Develop episode titles, concepts and packaging ideas to maximise reach
- Stay on top of business, startup and technology news to identify relevant guests and topics
- Review performance and audience insights to continually improve content
- Contribute ideas for new formats and opportunities to grow the podcast

Requirements
- Previous experience in podcast production, YouTube, media, content production or a similar role
- Strong research and editorial skills
- A genuine interest in entrepreneurship, startups, investing and business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with talent, founders and high-profile guests
- Good understanding of YouTube, podcasts and social media
- Able to work at pace and take ownership of projects from idea through to publication
- Experience producing business, founder or interview-led content would be advantageous
