£35,000 - £48,000 DOE + Performance Bonus + Benefits

Are you looking for more than just another podiatry job?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing private multidisciplinary clinic that is launching a brand-new podiatry service in Buckinghamshire. Whether you're a newly qualified podiatrist eager to develop your clinical skills or an experienced clinician looking to specialise further in MSK and biomechanics, you'll be supported every step of the way.

Working alongside experienced Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Chiropractors and MSK specialists, you'll have access to outstanding mentoring, cutting-edge technology and genuine career progression within a collaborative clinical environment.

Package

  • £35,000 - £48,000 basic salary depending on experience
  • Performance-related bonus scheme
  • Paid annual leave and workplace pension
  • Paid CPD days with a dedicated annual CPD budget
  • Structured mentoring from experienced clinicians and leading MSK Podiatry specialists
  • Monday to Friday daytime working with no routine evenings or weekends
  • Relocation support available and free parking
  • Full-time preferred (40 hours), with 3 or 4 days considered

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality routine podiatry treatments
  • Assess and treat MSK foot and ankle conditions
  • Carry out biomechanical assessments and prescribe orthotics (training provided where required)
  • Perform nail surgery, verruca treatments and fungal nail treatments
  • Deliver Shockwave Therapy and Class IV Laser Therapy (training provided where required)
  • Develop rehabilitation plans and exercise programmes
  • Maintain accurate clinical records using AI-assisted systems
  • Help establish and grow a brand-new podiatry service within a multidisciplinary team

Requirements

  • HCPC Registered Podiatrist
  • Permanent right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to work across multiple nearby clinic locations
  • Passion for delivering outstanding patient care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Keen to learn and develop clinically
  • Comfortable working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Applications welcomed from newly qualified through to experienced podiatrists
