Our knowledgeable, friendly and professional team at Cheshire Foot Clinic Ltd provides specialist foot and lower-limb care to a broad patient base in Knutsford and the surrounding area. The clinics focus on evidence-based practice and deliver high standards of clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction. Services range from routine podiatry to more complex biomechanical, diagnostic and surgical interventions, we offer ultrasound and corticosteroid injections. Care is delivered in a professional and supportive environment and team members work collaboratively to ensure individuals receive thorough assessment, clear communication, and tailored treatment plans.
Role Description
This part-time (3-4 days per week) Podiatry role is based in Knutsford. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Conducting comprehensive podiatric assessments
- Diagnosing and treating common and complex foot problems
- Providing routine treatments such as nail care, callus and corn management, and occasional wound care
- Performing biomechanical evaluations
- Prescribing and reviewing orthotic devices
- Conducting nail surgery
- Providing verrucae treatment
- Managing patients with diabetes to prevent and treat foot complications
Some domicillary treatments will be included in this role. The Podiatrist will be responsible for maintaining accurate clinical records, liaising with other healthcare professionals, and educating patients on preventive care and ongoing management. Participation in weekly team clinical professional development and education sessions is included and adherence to regulatory and clinic policies, and contribution to service development are also part of the position.

Candidates should:
- Hold a degree in Podiatric Medicine
- Be HCPC registered
- Hold a driving license
- Have excellent communication, patient education, and interpersonal skills
- Have the ability to work independently within a clinical setting and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members
- Experience in working within a private practice setting would be beneficial
