Job title: Lead Podiatrist
Location: North London
Salary: Competitive - dependent upon experience
Who are we?
Established in 2009, with multiple London locations and onsite corporate presence, multi-award winning Bodylogics Health and Fitness Clinic has grown to become one of the leading Health and Fitness Clinics in London, specialising in pain management and musculoskeletal care through a wide range of interventions including Physiotherapy, Sports Massage Therapy and much more.
The multi-award winning Bodylogics Health and Fitness Clinic was set up with the vision of providing exceptionally high levels of clinical treatment with outstanding expert care, and we are proud of our 100% 5* Google reviews left by our patients. We take great pride in what we do and continuously update our best practices to ensure we deliver the highest service possible.
We are now launching a dedicated podiatry service across our four North London clinics, and we are looking for an ambitious Lead Podiatrist to build, shape and grow it with us from the ground up.
The role
This is a rare opportunity to lead and shape a brand new podiatry service across our four Bodylogics locations. You will not simply be joining an established rota; you will be helping to design the service, set the clinical standards, and grow it into a core part of what Bodylogics offers. As the service expands, so does your scope, your team and your influence.
Like everyone at Bodylogics, our Lead Podiatrist is expected to provide unprecedented care and treatment that goes above and beyond that of any other clinic, where patients want to return to us and not just feel that they have to. We want you to help people access the highest possible standard of care so they can achieve whatever their goals are, whether that is walking pain free, returning to sport, or managing a long term condition.
We want you to support us in changing the way healthcare is delivered by giving patients the skills and treatment they need to get better, offering gold standard, evidence-based podiatric care for every condition from day one.
Communication and developing caring relationships is key to this role, not only internally but in ensuring the highest standards of service are delivered to patients in a way that shows their wellbeing is your main priority, so they can confidently make the right decision about the plan of care you recommend. The result is that patients achieve their clinical and lifestyle outcomes within a time frame that you have set.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
