About the job
Podiatrist – North Finchley, London
Maybe you want to run your own clinic one day - just not yet.
Or perhaps you’re later in your career and would rather focus on patients than the pressures of running a business.
Finchley Foot Clinic is an established, family-run private practice in North Finchley, and we’re looking for a Podiatrist to join our growing team.
This is primarily a general and routine podiatry role, but with genuine opportunity to progress. You’ll be encouraged to build your own patient list, develop within private practice and, over time, move into senior, management or MSK/biomechanics roles.
For the right experienced clinician, we’re also open to part-time working.
About the role
You’ll be treating a varied general podiatry caseload, including:
- Routine nail and skin care
- Ingrown toenails
- Verrucae
- Diabetic and high-risk foot care
- General foot and ankle conditions
- Ongoing treatment plans and patient care
We’re looking for someone who is confident clinically, personable with patients and happy to take ownership of developing and retaining their own patient list within the practice.
You’ll be employed by Finchley Foot Clinic and work within our established systems and brand, but we want you to feel invested in your own diary and patient base.
For someone earlier in their private-practice career, this is also a great opportunity to learn how a successful clinic operates day to day - from patient retention and diary management to the commercial and operational side of private practice.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
