Are you a podiatrist looking for more flexibility, greater clinical variety, or the opportunity to help build and lead a growing podiatry service?
At Active Health Solutions, we know that not every podiatrist is looking for the same type of role. That is why we are open to creating an arrangement that works for the right person.
This opportunity could be structured as:
- A secure employed position
- A flexible associate or fee-share arrangement
- A Podiatry Clinical Lead role
- A staged route towards profit share or future partnership
We are looking for a motivated and patient-focused podiatrist to join our multidisciplinary team across our clinics in Holywood and Bangor.
About Active Health
Active Health is an established and growing private healthcare business providing physiotherapy, podiatry, sports therapy, Pilates, rehabilitation, and specialist services.
Our team works collaboratively to help people move better, stay active, and live with less pain.
You would be joining a supportive clinical environment with access to an existing patient base, strong internal referral opportunities, and the infrastructure needed to focus on delivering excellent care.
The Opportunity
This can be shaped around your experience, interests, and longer-term ambitions.
You may be:
- A newly qualified podiatrist looking for mentoring and support
- An experienced podiatrist seeking flexible or part-time work
- An NHS podiatrist interested in developing private practice
- A sole practitioner who would like to reduce the administrative burden of running a clinic
- A returning podiatrist looking for a gradual route back into practice
- An ambitious clinician interested in leading and growing a podiatry service
- An established podiatrist looking for a future ownership or partnership opportunity
Hours can be flexible, from one or two sessions per week through to a full-time role. You may work in Holywood, Bangor, or across both locations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
