Podiatry Diabetes and Vascular Pathway Lead
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Podiatry Diabetes and Vascular Pathway Lead to join our community-based team. At Sirona care & health, we’re proud to be the sole NHS provider of podiatry services across the region — and we’re looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional, person-centred care.

In This Role, You Will
- Shape and influence our diabetes and vascular podiatry pathways, driving service development and improving the quality of care for our patients.
- Work across multiple sites in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire, collaborating closely with colleagues in secondary care, primary care and social care.
- Provide expert assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for individuals with complex podiatric needs.
- Work autonomously and as part of a wider MDT across a range of community settings.
- Support the continuous improvement of clinical pathways within:
- High-risk foot care (diabetes and vascular)
- Complex Wound Care
- Act as a source of expert advice and clinical leadership across the podiatry team.
- Supervise and mentor podiatry staff, apprentices, students, and other AHP and Nursing colleagues.
- Contribute to service development, quality improvement, audit, and evidence-based practice.
- Collaborate with system partners to ensure equitable, effective care across BNSSG.
