An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Podiatry Diabetes and Vascular Pathway Lead to join our community-based team.
At Sirona care & health, we’re proud to be the sole NHS provider of podiatry services across the region — and we’re looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional, person‑centred care.

In this role, you will shape and influence our diabetes and vascular podiatry pathways, driving service development and improving the quality of care for our patients. You will also have opportunities to work across multiple sites in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire, collaborating closely with colleagues in secondary care, primary care and social care.

In This Diabetes And Vascular Lead Role, You Will
- Provide expert assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for individuals with complex podiatric needs
- Work autonomously and as part of a wider MDT across a range of community settings
- Support the continuous improvement of clinical pathways within:
- High-risk foot care (diabetes and vascular)
- Complex Wound Care
- Act as a source of expert advice and clinical leadership across the podiatry team
- Supervise and mentor podiatry staff, apprentices, students, and other AHP and Nursing colleagues
- Contribute to service development, quality improvement, audit, and evidence-based practice
- Collaborate with system partners to ensure equitable, effective care across BNSSG
