Job Description

We are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to manage and build Podium and Specialist Landscaping projects in the North of England (Leeds/Manchester).

You will be required to oversee the installation of hard and soft landscaping products at roof and ground level. Experience in the installation of raised planters, porcelain and concrete paving, pedestal and substructure systems. As well as horticultural knowledge and experience in Blue roof, Bio-solar, and Green Wall installation would also be desirable.

Requirements:

  • Must hold a valid driver's licence, SSSTS/SMSTS, CSCS card (Gold/Black card desirable), First Aid Certificate, and a willingness to travel.
  • Some IT knowledge (MS Office Suite, Android Phone Systems, Fieldview, etc.) as you will be required to complete ITPs and QA documents on site as well as sign offs and regular health and safety monitoring and reports.
  • Experience managing multiple operatives and subcontractors on site. As well as the day to day management of the site. Organising deliveries/call offs, attending site progress and coordination meetings with the Main Contractor/Client, toolbox talks, and ensuring the highest degree of Health and Safety compliance and best practice.
  • You will work closely with the Project/Contract's Manager. Ensuring the highest standard of quality and driving progress on site.

Experience:

  • Hard Landscaping: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • First Aid Certification (preferred)
  • CSCS - Gold/Black Card (preferred)
  • Driver's Licence (required)
