We are seeking an experienced and motivated Point of Care Testing (POCT) Lead to lead, manage, and develop POCT services across the Trust.
This is a senior role within Pathology Services, providing professional and operational leadership for all aspects of POCT, ensuring compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and governance requirements while supporting safe, high-quality patient care.

- The post holder will work closely with clinical teams, pathology colleagues, quality teams, and external suppliers to ensure effective implementation, oversight, and continuous improvement of POCT services.
