Points & Miles Consultant – Data Analyst
Travel Smarter is looking for a Points & Miles Consultant / Data Analyst to own the loyalty intelligence behind our platform — and help shape the products and direction we build.
What you’ll do
- Own the points, miles and loyalty products, from data and rules through to product direction.
- Define what we build next based on traveller needs, loyalty programme changes and market opportunities.
- Research and maintain airline loyalty, points, miles and status rules.
- Analyse frequent-flyer programmes, earning rates, promotions and redemption opportunities.
- Turn complex loyalty rules into structured data and actionable insights.
- Identify the best ways for travellers to earn more points and reach frequent-flyer status faster.
- Work closely with the product, AI and engineering teams to turn your expertise into scalable products.

What we’re looking for
- Deep knowledge of airline loyalty programmes, points and miles.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Highly detail-oriented and comfortable working with structured data.
- Commercial and product mindset — you want to own outcomes, not just analyse data.
- Ability to turn complex loyalty information into simple, useful products.
- Excel/Google Sheets experience; SQL or data tools a plus.
- Passion for travel, aviation and loyalty.
