About the Job

Bluewheel Global LLC is seeking an experienced International Online Poker Affiliate Manager across multiple international markets - Europe / UK. Working location can be remote in any City.

We are specifically looking for candidates with professional online poker industry experience and knowledge of poker affiliates, partnerships, and poker communities.

Candidates may specialize in one or more of the following markets:

You do not need experience across every region. Strong expertise and professional relationships within one or more markets are sufficient.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, develop, and grow a portfolio of online poker affiliates.
  • Identify and onboard new affiliate and marketing partners.
  • Develop market-specific affiliate acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with poker affiliates, communities, content creators, and industry partners.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns with internal teams and external partners.
  • Monitor traffic quality, conversion, retention, revenue, and affiliate performance.
  • Analyze performance and prepare regular reports.
  • Identify new regional partnership and business-development opportunities.
  • Ensure activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, platform policies, and company requirements.

Requirements

  • Previous online poker industry experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in poker affiliate management, partnerships, player acquisition, business development, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of the online poker ecosystem.
  • Existing professional relationships within the poker industry are highly desirable.
  • Experience in at least one of our target international markets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in an international remote environment.
  • Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.

Previous experience with an established online poker operator, poker network, poker affiliate business, or poker community is particularly relevant.

Compensation

Competitive fixed compensation plus performance-based incentives, depending on experience, market expertise, and final engagement terms.
