Police AI Contract Manager
As a Police AI Contract Manager, you'll oversee the management of contracts related to AI systems and technologies, ensuring they meet operational needs and comply with regulations. Your role will help streamline procurement processes and manage supplier relationships effectively within the not-for-profit sector.

Description
- Manage contracts for AI systems and technologies, ensuring compliance with agreed terms.
- Oversee procurement activities, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or discrepancies effectively.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand operational needs and align contracts accordingly.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with suppliers to secure the best outcomes.
- Ensure that all contracts comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present reports on contract performance and procurement activities.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency improvements.

Profile
A successful Police AI Contract Manager should have:
- Experience in contract management within procurement or supply chain functions.

Job Offer
- Competitive salary starting from £59,440 to £70,018, dependent on the level of experience and location.
- Flexible working: This team works remotely but if you do wish to be in an office, there are lots of locations you can choose from including Durham, Harrogate, Wrighton, and London.
- Civil Service Pension: Access to a competitive defined benefit pension scheme with strong employer contributions.
- Generous Leave: Up to 31.5 days of paid annual leave, plus 8 public holidays and an extra privilege day.
