🕒 Full-time (37 hours per week, shift pattern including weekends)

Are you community-focused, resilient, and passionate about making a difference? We are seeking Police Community Support Officers (PCSOs) to join our Neighbourhood Policing Teams at Nottinghamshire Police.
As a PCSO, you'll play a vital role in helping to tackle crime and anti-social behaviour, supporting vulnerable people, and building strong relationships within local communities. Working alongside police officers and partner agencies, you'll help make Nottinghamshire a safer place to live, work, and visit.

- Provide a visible and reassuring presence within local communities.
- Build positive relationships with residents, businesses, schools, and partner organisations.
- Help tackle anti-social behaviour and address local community concerns.
- Gather information and intelligence to support policing activity.
- Engage with vulnerable individuals and signpost them to appropriate support services.
- Support neighbourhood policing operations, crime prevention initiatives, and community events.
- Work closely with police officers and partner agencies to resolve local issues and improve public confidence.

- Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgement.
- The ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- A proactive and resilient approach to work.
- Good IT, literacy, and numeracy skills.
- A full UK driving licence.
