ABOUT THE ROLE
Become a Police Now Brand Ambassador!
Following the success of previous cohorts, we are delighted to relaunch the Police Now Brand Ambassador Programme for students who are passionate about policing and social impact.
As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll play a key role in promoting Police Now, a Times Top 100 Graduate Employer, on your university campus while receiving exclusive training, networking opportunities, and earn some money along the way.
WHAT DOES A BRAND AMBASSADOR DO?
Your role will be to promote Police Now and their graduate opportunities in various specialisms including Economic Crime, Counter Terrorism, and Neighbourhood Policing to students at your university through exciting and creative initiatives, including:
- Building strong relationships with university societies, faculties, and careers services
- Creating engaging, on-brand social media content to support campaign objectives and increase awareness of Police Now.
- Delivering on-campus engagement activities including:
- Lecture shout-outs
- Career talks and presentations
- Branded stalls
- Flyer distribution

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We’re after motivated, proactive, and well-connected students on campus who are excited to represent Police Now on campus. Ideally, you’ll be:
- ✔️ In your 2nd or penultimate year (as of September 2026)
- ✔️ Studying any degree discipline
- ✔️ Must be a member of societies at your university
- ✔️ Confident using social media for promotion
If you know your campus inside out and love engaging with students, we want to hear from you!
We expect you to show a thorough understanding of Police Now's Mission and their National Graduate Programme. To prepare, we recommend visiting their website to conduct your research.

Please note: Selection will be based on the highest calibre of applications received per university. For this role, we are only recruiting from the universities listed above.

We will provide training for anyone that is successful in gaining the role. Training will take place on the 9th September 2026 at Higherin's London office. Attendance is mandatory unless there are unforeseen circumstances.

Police Now is an independent social enterprise, supported by the Home Office, that partners with over 30 police forces across England and Wales to recruit and develop outstanding graduates as neighborhood police officers and detectives. Its mission is to transform communities, reduce crime and anti-social behaviour, and increase public confidence in policing by developing diverse future leaders. Through its innovative two-year National Graduate Programme, Police Now equips participants with the leadership, communication and problem-solving skills needed to make a lasting impact on the communities they serve.
