About Whitespace
Whitespace Global Limited is a sovereign AI company building the infrastructure that governments, public sector organisations, and regulated industries need to deploy AI safely and securely. Our core platform, Collective, is an AI operating system purpose-built for sensitive, high-assurance, and regulated environments.
Our customers span central government departments, law enforcement agencies, defence organisations, financial institutions, and critical national infrastructure operators. We work through a strong and expanding partner ecosystem that includes global systems integrators, specialist technology firms, and channel partners.
What we build has real-world impact, helping the organisations that keep people safe to harness AI responsibly. If you want commercial work that genuinely matters, this is the place.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to own Whitespace’s commercial relationships and pipeline across policing and criminal justice. This is a senior individual contributor role covering the full breadth of UK law enforcement and the criminal justice system: police forces, the National Police Chiefs’ Council, the College of Policing, the Crown Prosecution Service, His Majesty’s Courts and Tribunals Service, the Probation Service, and His Majesty’s Prison and Probation Service.
The role combines two equally important responsibilities. You will identify, develop, and close new logo opportunities across the sector while simultaneously building deep, long-term relationships with existing Whitespace customers and strategic partners to drive expansion and retention. You will be the primary commercial point of contact for the sector, working alongside our partnerships team, technical colleagues, and bid function to turn opportunities into contracts.
The right person will have genuine sector credibility: an understanding of how policing and criminal justice organisations procure technology, who the decision-makers are, and what matters to operational and technology leaders in these environments. You will be as comfortable building pipeline with a Chief Constable’s office as you are navigating a complex framework procurement.
What You’ll Do
New Business Development
- Identify, research, and pursue new logo opportunities across UK police forces, the NPCC, the College of Policing, the CPS, HMCTS, the Probation Service, and HMPPS
- Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies combining direct approaches, partner introductions, event engagement, and sector-specific campaigns
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline in HubSpot CRM with rigorous opportunity tracking, stage management, and accurate forecasting
- Track and respond to upcoming frameworks, procurement vehicles, and contract opportunities across policing and criminal justice
- Work with Marketing to develop compelling collateral, case studies, and campaign materials tailored to policing and criminal justice audiences

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Working Pattern and Culture
We work hard and we look after our people. We have built one of the most generous working patterns in the industry because we believe sustainable high performance requires genuine rest and recovery:
- Four-day working weeks in July, August, and December.
- Last Friday of every other month off. January through June and September through November, the last Friday of each month is a company day off.
- Early finish every remaining Friday at 3pm. On Fridays where you are working, you finish at 3pm and start your weekend early.
In total, this adds up to approximately 22 additional full days off per year, plus the equivalent of a further 8 days in early finishes. That is roughly 30 days of additional time back on top of your standard annual leave. We trust our people to deliver, and in return, we give them the space to recharge properly.
