Policy and Uniform Coordination Administrator

The Policy and Uniform Coordination Administrator is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end uniform management process, including ordering, recycling, and disposal, ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and compliant provision of uniforms. The role supports governance, audit assurance, and consistency across services.

In addition, the post holder provides a responsive and effective administrative service to the Clinical and Professional Policy Steering Group, undertaking key administrative duties, managing and responding to email enquiries, and supporting the Steering Group Chair in the coordination and administration of policy governance processes.

  • Be the first point of contact for phone and email queries, responding in a supportive and timely manner and escalating where necessary
  • Understand and manage the administration of policy and uniform processes
  • Provide administrative support to the policy and uniform process, looking for improvements to our processes and procedures
  • Arrange meetings, booking venues, inviting attendees
  • Provide administrative and minute-taking when required
  • Use initiative and judgement at all times and know when it is appropriate to escalate any issues
  • Monitor and action all inbox/phone queries relating to policies and uniforms and escalate appropriately to the relevant personnel
  • Understand the importance of urgent queries being responded to and being able to prioritize your workload.
