Description

Help Shape Compliance That Enables Growth

We're looking for someone who enjoys turning complex policies and regulatory requirements into practical processes that help teams work effectively and customers receive an exceptional experience.

As our Policy & Compliance Manager, you'll help ensure our services remain compliant while enabling the business to scale efficiently. You'll work across legal, product, engineering, operations, customer support, and external partners to identify risks, improve processes, coordinate audits, and embed compliance into the way we work every day.

12 month Fixed Term Contract

What You'll Deliver

Compliance & Governance

  • Interpret and apply industry-specific policies, contractual requirements, and regulatory obligations, including those relating to domain name registration services, registry partners, and ICANN frameworks.
  • Develop and improve compliance processes, controls, and operating procedures.
  • Monitor compliance obligations and identify potential gaps or risks before they become issues.
  • Support ongoing compliance programmes including ISO 27001 and other recognised governance frameworks.

Audit & Risk Management

  • Coordinate internal and external audits, evidence collection, and remediation activities.
  • Conduct compliance reviews, risk assessments, and control effectiveness evaluations.
  • Maintain audit documentation, risk registers, and compliance reporting.
  • Drive corrective actions through to completion and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Compliance Technology & Automation

  • Work with compliance and governance platforms such as Vanta, Sprinto, or similar tools to manage controls, evidence collection, monitoring, and audit readiness.
  • Leverage technology and automation to improve compliance visibility, operational efficiency, and reporting.
  • Help teams adopt scalable compliance processes that reduce manual effort while maintaining control effectiveness.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
