The Centre for Science and Policy (CSaP) is looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Policy Engagement Coordinator, helping to connect the world's leading researchers with senior policy professionals across the UK.
Since our founding in 2009, CSaP has become a world-leading pioneer in bringing together academia and government, building relationships rooted in mutual trust to address the UK's most pressing public policy challenges. At the heart of this work are our Policy Workshops, and you will be instrumental in making them happen.
About the Role
In this varied and rewarding role, you will:
- Coordinate and deliver high-quality engagement events
- Work closely with academic researchers and policy fellows
- Produce insightful reports
- Continuously look for smarter, more efficient ways to do things

Key Requirements
- A Master's degree or equivalent professional experience
- A strong understanding of the relationship between research and policy making
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A passion for making complex ideas accessible and relevant
Essential Experience:
- Events coordination
- Budget management
Desirable Experience:
- Familiarity with AI tools to support reporting and efficiency
