Policy Management Assistant

Location: Bromley, London

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)

Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per annum + bonus

Start Date: Immediate

Our client, a well-established and expanding insurance business that forms part of one of the world's largest insurance groups, is seeking two driven and ambitious Policy Management Assistants to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate or early-career professional to develop within a fast-growing, entrepreneurial organisation backed by the stability and resources of a large international group.

The Role

  • Manage your own caseload, prioritising effectively to ensure accurate and timely processing across all policy administration tasks.
  • Gather, validate, and record client and policy information, maintaining a high standard of accuracy across all systems and documentation.
  • Review underwriters' risk reports and supporting documentation, identifying discrepancies and ensuring records are complete and aligned with business requirements.
  • Investigate and correct errors within the policy management system, escalating where appropriate to protect data quality and audit integrity.
  • Act as a first point of contact for enquiries from current and prospective clients by telephone and email, delivering a professional and responsive service.
  • Issue application and renewal documentation, and coordinate renewal activity — chasing, collating, and preparing completed forms for underwriter review.
  • Support colleagues across underwriting, finance, and the wider business during peak periods, building strong working relationships across departments.
  • Meet all KPIs and SLAs, with performance supported through regular audits.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
