About the Opportunity

We're supporting a leading General Insurance organisation seeking an experienced Migration Programme Director to provide leadership across a strategically important Policy Migration programme.

With significant executive visibility, this role requires a proven programme leader who can quickly assess the current landscape, establish clarity around delivery, and inject pace and confidence into the programme. Working closely with business, technology, and third-party partners, you will help ensure the migration strategy is translated into a realistic, achievable delivery plan and successfully executed.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a complex transformation initiative and play a critical role in delivering one of the organisation's most important change programmes.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Programme Leadership

  • Lead the overall direction and delivery of the Policy Migration programme.
  • Establish clear governance, accountability, and decision-making frameworks.
  • Create confidence across Executive stakeholders through transparent reporting, risk management, and delivery oversight.
  • Drive focus, momentum, and successful outcomes across all programme workstreams.

Shape and Execute Migration Strategy

  • Validate the existing migration approach and establish a clear roadmap for delivery.
  • Ensure business, operational, data, and technology considerations are fully aligned throughout the migration lifecycle.
  • Identify and address delivery risks, dependencies, and barriers to progress.
  • Drive successful planning and execution of migration activities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We're Looking For

You will be a highly credible Programme Director with a track record of leading complex migration initiatives within insurance or broader financial services environments.
