Researcher – Membership Organisation
Location: Central London (Hybrid)
Salary: £33,000–£37,000
Working Pattern: Full time, hybrid
Membership Bespoke is recruiting for a Researcher on behalf of an influential organisation supporting some of the UK’s most recognised premium brands. This is an excellent opportunity for someone in the early stages of their career who enjoys rigorous research, clear writing, and work that shapes policy, insight, and industry understanding.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor political, regulatory, and economic developments, producing clear, evidence-based briefings and consultation responses.
- Support councils and roundtables: shape agendas, prepare papers, capture discussion, and produce concise summaries for senior leaders.
- Design, manage, and analyse member surveys, including quarterly sentiment reporting.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and project-manage external research partners.
- Draft reports, white papers, thought-leadership content, and accessible narratives for business audiences.
- Produce market insight summaries for international programmes and capture outcomes from overseas engagement.
- Build strong relationships with members and stakeholders, maintaining accurate CRM records of policy engagement.

About You
- Strong analytical and research skills, able to interpret qualitative and quantitative information.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce clear, structured, authoritative content.
- Highly organised, confident managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and contributing proactively.
- Curious, collaborative, and interested in business, policy, and high-end consumer sectors.
