🚨 Policy Requirements Manager – Risk & Compliance
💷 £500 per day | Inside IR35
📅 6-Month Contract
📍 UK Remote | 1 day per month in London
🔐 Active SC Clearance preferred
We’re looking for an experienced Policy Requirements Manager to join a security and governance function, helping define and maintain security standards for a secure cloud platform.
You’ll work closely with Cloud Engineering, Security, Architecture and Governance teams to translate technical controls and regulatory requirements into clear, practical and enforceable policies and standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain security and operational standards.
- Define controls covering IDAM, Logging & Monitoring, Cryptography and Platform Security.
- Translate technical and regulatory requirements into clear policies.
- Monitor compliance and report on key risk and compliance metrics.
- Analyse risk and security processes and recommend improvements.
- Support GRC activities and security best practices.

Key skills & experience:
- Strong cloud and security fundamentals.
- Experience developing security policies, standards and governance frameworks.
- Strong understanding of IDAM, Logging & Monitoring, Cryptography and Platform Security.
- Experience within Risk, Compliance & Governance environments.
- Advanced knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Policy Compliance.
- Strong understanding of Regulatory Compliance and Compliance Management.
Desirable:
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud security.
- Experience within secure, regulated or government environments.
- Knowledge of cloud security standards and regulatory frameworks.
- CIPM, CIPP or CIPT certification is desirable but not essential.
- Active SC Clearance preferred.
