The Role

Provide administrative and technical support to the CTIS team, with primary responsibility for the drafting, preparation, issuance and maintenance of insurance policies and related documentation with a secondary focus on maintaining insurer logs and internal broking systems. The role requires a strong attention to detail, ensuring policy documentation, insurer logs and internal broking systems information is accurate, compliant with insurer requirements and aligned with internal procedures and client expectations.

What you'll do

  • Draft, prepare and maintain insurance policy documentation, endorsements, renewals and associated policy records.
  • Review policy documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance with insurer requirements and internal standards.
  • Produce policy schedules, certificates and supporting documentation within agreed service standards.
  • Liaise with the team, insurers and clients to obtain information required for policy issuance and amendments.
  • Ensure all policy documentation is accurately recorded and maintained within company systems.
  • Maintaining insurer logs ensuring information is accurate and current
  • Support the development and maintenance of policy templates and standard wording.
  • Assist in interpreting and applying policy wordings under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies within policy documentation prior to issuance.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of policy structures, endorsements, coverage provisions and documentation requirements.

Who We're Looking For

  • Previous experience drafting, processing or administering insurance policy documentation.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to produce accurate and professional policy documents.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and document checking skills.
  • Experience working within the insurance market, ideally handling policy issuance, renewals or technical documentation.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Understanding of FCA requirements and insurance regulatory standards.
  • Cert CII (or working towards) desirable.
