About the Role
We are engaging Polish Bilingual Experts to contribute to a language and AI training project supporting the development of next-generation AI systems. You will evaluate Polish audio for nativeness, fluency, pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic authenticity, while providing clear and well-supported feedback in English. No prior AI experience is required — your Polish language expertise is what matters most.
LANGUAGE:
- Polish — native level
- English — minimum B2

Key Responsibilities
- Listen to Polish audio clips and evaluate the nativeness and fluency of the speaker or AI-generated output.
- Assess pronunciation, intonation, rhythm, and linguistic authenticity according to established guidelines.
- Provide clear, concise written feedback in English explaining key linguistic observations.
- Provide detailed justifications to support consistent and reliable evaluations.
- Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements and resolve language-related ambiguities.
- Provide insights that help improve AI systems' Polish language understanding and generation.
- Complete assigned audio evaluation tasks accurately and within required timelines.
- Maintain consistently high standards of quality across all evaluations.

Requirements
- Native-level proficiency in Polish, with excellent spoken and written command of the language.
- Minimum B2-level English, with the ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle differences in pronunciation, fluency, and linguistic authenticity.
- Ability to provide structured, objective, and well-reasoned feedback.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and consistently follow evaluation guidelines.
