About the Role
We are looking for a creative and strategic Polish Social Media Manager to lead our brand’s social media presence in Poland.
This role focuses primarily on TikTok and Facebook, with Instagram as a supporting platform. You will create engaging content tailored to two core audiences:
- Teen audiences - GenZ (14–19) on TikTok

Reporting to the Head of Digital, you will manage end-to-end content execution, from planning and copywriting to publishing, community management, and performance analysis. You will also support influencer collaborations to drive reach, relevance, and engagement.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape and grow the social media platforms in Poland while working remotely with a dynamic, international team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the regional social media content calendar, ensuring posts align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Create and schedule engaging content (including short-form videos, static posts, and Stories/Reels) for TikTok, Facebook and Instagram around key calendar dates and in sync with some of our above the line Media and Press features.
- Write compelling copy tailored to each platform and specific to the target audience.
- Manage community engagement, responding to comments, DMs, and customer inquiries in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
- Monitor trends, cultural moments, and industry activity to proactively suggest creative ideas and content strategies.
- Identify, establish, and manage relationships with influencers and content creators to drive brand awareness and engagement.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
