Polish Speaking Customer Service Advisor (Recalls Team) | Remote Working💷 £13.40 per hour
📍 Fully Remote (occasional office visits for training and team days)
🕘 Monday to Friday | 8:00am-4:00pm or 9:00am-5:00pm
📅 Immediate Start | Temporary assignment until October

Key Responsibilities
- Handling inbound and outbound customer enquiries in both Polish and English
- Providing clear and accurate information regarding product recalls
- Updating customer records and maintaining accurate data
- Responding to emails and correspondence professionally
- Delivering excellent customer service and resolving queries efficiently
What We're Looking For
✅ Fluent spoken and written Polish and English
✅ Strong customer service and communication skills
✅ Good IT and administrative skills

Additional Information
- Fully remote role with occasional visits to the Basildon office for training and team events
- Equipment provided (laptop, headset and other necessary items) which must be collected from the office before starting
- Immediate start available
- Assignment expected to run until October
