Polish Speaking Customer Service Specialist

Location: Nottingham – Hybrid
Salary: £26,000
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Working Pattern: 2 days office / 3 days working from home

We are recruiting for a Polish Speaking Customer Service Specialist to join an established international business in Nottingham.

This is a varied B2B customer service position where you'll manage relationships with key customers, oversee orders and deliveries, resolve queries and work closely with internal teams to ensure customers receive an excellent service.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing customer orders from initial processing through to delivery
  • Keeping customers updated on orders, shipments and delivery times
  • Handling customer queries, claims and returns
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts
  • Providing customers with information on products, availability and promotions
  • Resolving delivery, pricing, shortage and order-related issues
  • Liaising with Credit, Planning, Logistics and other internal teams
  • Processing credit notes in line with company procedures
  • Identifying potential problems and ensuring they're resolved quickly
  • Looking for opportunities to improve processes and the overall customer experience

About You

  • Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous customer service, order management or account support experience
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Customer-focused approach
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • Excel experience would be advantageous
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with multiple internal departments to resolve customer issues
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
