Polish-Speaking First Response & Client Support Assistant
Office-Based · Eccles, Manchester · Full-time
Start every client journey on the right note
At Optimal Solicitors we combine a welcoming, people-first culture with truly first-class customer service. Every day our First Response team is the front door for new personal-injury, family-law and civil-litigation enquiries from the UK’s Polish community and beyond. If you love talking to people, thrive in a busy call-centre / reception setting and want to build your future in a modern law firm, we’d love to hear from you.
We are looking for a Polish-speaking First Response & Client Support Assistant to join our team in our Eccles office on a full-time, office-based basis.
This is a varied and flexible role. You will be speaking with clients in Polish and English, helping with new enquiries, supporting reception duties, carrying out admin tasks, entering information into our case-management system, and assisting with marketing activities such as photos, short videos and social media content.
The role
This role would suit someone who enjoys working with people, can stay calm under pressure and is happy to support different areas of the business when needed.
You don’t need formal legal training, but you must be keen to work with law in a busy call-centre / reception environment and have good communication skills.
As this is a varied role, we are also looking for someone who is happy to support wider office and marketing activities when needed, including helping with photos, short videos and social media content. You should be comfortable being involved in this type of content and confident enough to appear on camera from time to time.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
