Polish Speaking Marketing Executive
Location: Dartford – Hybrid
Salary: £30,000 – £38,000 DOE
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
We are recruiting for a Polish Speaking Marketing Executive to join an established international business, supporting the development and delivery of marketing activities across the Polish market.
This is a varied marketing position combining digital marketing, content, campaigns, events, and market research. You'll work closely with Sales and other internal teams while helping shape marketing activity specifically for customers in Poland.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns and brand activity for the Polish market
- Creating digital and physical marketing content, including brochures, newsletters, and website content
- Supporting SEO, email, and social media marketing activities
- Helping manage website content and campaign tracking
- Creating and scheduling social media content
- Supporting customer and sales-focused marketing initiatives
- Coordinating events, exhibitions, trade shows, and customer engagement activities
- Conducting market research and analyzing customer and market insights
- Working closely with Sales to develop effective marketing activity
- Gathering and analyzing customer feedback
- Coordinating with external agencies and suppliers
- Helping ensure marketing and product information remains accurate and up to date

About You
- Native level fluency in Polish essential
- Strong understanding of the Polish market
- Previous marketing experience
- Experience creating marketing and social media content
- Good understanding of digital marketing
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working across multiple campaigns and projects
- Experience with Canva, InDesign, or similar design tools
- Experience with, or willingness to learn, HubSpot, Meta Ads, and SEO
- Commercial mindset and ability to work closely with Sales
- Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related degree would be advantageous
