Ponds Farm Livery/ Event Yard - Level 3 Senior Groom Apprentice
Ponds Equestrian is an international event rider Fiona Kashel, who competes and produces horses up to an advanced level, as well as running a large 50-box livery yard in Surrey. Fiona is seeking an experienced candidate with good 'horse sense' to join her team.
Requirements
- Good 'horse sense'

Responsibilities
- Mucking out
- Sweeping the yard
- Turning out and bringing in horses
- Feeding
- Filling hay nets and water buckets
- Putting horses on and off the horse walker
- Tacking up and untacking
- Supporting the running and management of the yard
- Dealing with clients
- Potential of riding for the right candidate

Benefits
- Wage: £16,640 for the first year, increasing based on age.
- National Minimum Wage rate for apprentices
Application Process
- Hours: 40+ per week over 5 days, including 1 weekend day. Days and times to be confirmed.
- Start Date: Wednesday 1 July 2026
- Duration: 1 year 6 months
- Positions Available: 1
