Two brands. One team. ROVA Health is what happens when two established names in health and wellbeing stop running in parallel and start moving together. Built on over a century of Westfield Health Group heritage and driven by the belief that the way people live, work, and recover has fundamentally changed — we exist to do something about it. This is a platform with purpose, built by people who care about getting it right. If you're joining us, you're not just starting a new job. You're helping navigate what comes next.

POOL OPERATIONS LEAD

Navigate the unknown as a ROVA Experience Specialist

That means end-to-end ownership of technical coaching, physical conditioning and restorative sessions such as Floating Meditation, Sound Healing and pop-up Flow Yoga, delivered by a multidisciplinary team you manage directly.

It’s a hospitality-led role as much as an operational one. You’ll set the standard for safety, cleanliness and service, build the calendar of experiences, and make sure every employee who steps into the water feels seen, heard and valued, while staying closely connected to teams across our wider London Campus and EMEA locations.

THE ROLE

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
