Who are we?
Water Babies teaches over 40,000 babies and toddlers every week the lifesaving skill of learning how to swim. In over 600 pools across the world, we partner with pool operators & owners to deliver our award-winning lessons and provide a premium service to our customers. We work with a wide variety of pool operators worldwide, including public and private schools, hospitals, gyms, community centers, health clubs, and municipal facilities, as well as private swimming pools.
We’re always looking to form sustainable and expandable partnerships that benefit both parties. By working together, we can create value for stakeholders on both sides, building a strong relationship.

Additional Revenue From a Reliable Partner
We are flexible as well to meet your needs. We can provide significant additional revenue to pool operators, by taking unused time and turning it into cash. We’re prompt and reliable payers; you will never have to chase down a payment from us. If you have additional services during their time on-site (gym, café, vending machines, shops), our customers will use them. Those organizations who we have partnered with nationally have reported a significant increase in secondary spend from our customers.
Cross marketing opportunity & community visibility
Across our local marketing activities, we can add additional visibility of your establishment and help keep kids safe within your community. As well as this, there’s an opportunity to reach a new market and share with them the additional facilities and membership options you have available at your location, including gym and location memberships.
Daily pool testing & safety
We will provide all of the site-specific health and safety policies to ensure we integrate our classes into your environment seamlessly. We offer in-house pools, facilities, and safety technical support through our full-time Director of Strategic Partnerships, who can provide expert advice on any issues relating to safety and operations. We’ll also deliver hands-on pool testing and monitoring while we have access to the pool.

Highest industry standards
Water Babies is passionate about quality standards and were the technical authors for the British Standards for delivering early years swim lessons. You can be confident in the knowledge our lessons are safe, with strong health and safety procedures in place and adhered to. Our teachers are among the highest trained teachers in the world. To become a Water Babies teacher, you’ll have over 100 hours of dry side and pool training to teach Pre-School Swimming and Older Program Swimming.
How we do it
Insurance
Not sure if your insurance will cover lessons? No worries, we have it covered! Water Babies is fully insured and provides $2,000,000 coverage at all facilities where we deliver classes. We will provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance naming your location which will cover all Water Babies affiliates during our time of operation.
Adaptable
We work around your schedules. While weekend time is premium for us, we can also fill weekday daytimes, optimizing facilities quietest periods. We bring our own equipment and wouldn’t need to use yours or any services, or towels. We also take it away after our sessions. All our equipment is subjected to a rigorous cleaning schedule to ensure it’s safe for kids to use.
We Pool Share
Don’t worry about closing the pool, we’re happy to share. We can easily leave space for your guests/members to ensure everyone can enjoy your facility.
What we need from you
Water temperature
Ensuring babies and toddlers swim in safe and comfortable conditions, we swim our youngest water babies in pools from 86°F and toddlers from 84.2°F. For our older swimmers, we can be flexible about our pool temperature. We can work with you on this and provide support to ensure every water baby can enjoy your facility where possible.
Open communication
We truly see our pool providers as collaborative partners of our business, and we believe in direct and open communication between our team and yours. Whether this is pool closures or issues, to regular check-ins and updates, we want to ensure all matters are addressed immediately and we support one another.

Splash Cove
As well as working with pool operators on existing facilities, we’ve also worked with suppliers on refurbishing pools and facilities to bring new life into them, and to provide an asset to local communities. Splash Cove, is a Water Babies branded swimming pool. In partnership with Bell Leisure Swimming Pools, a market leader in outdoor and indoor pool designs, construction, and installation, we partnered together to build a Water Babies purpose pool.
Lawrence Pearce, one of the directors at Bell Leisure, says… “It’s been a great project to work with the Water Babies team and build this new swimming pool facility. We wanted to utilize this unused space to create a brand-new location for families to enjoy and learn to swim. Our new office is right next door, so we’re looking forward to seeing the local community enjoy this pool and bring this area back to life.”
