Certikin Customer Technical Support Advisor
Certikin is looking for a dynamic, motivated, high performing Customer Technical Support Advisor to join our Pools Division.
The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with technical enquiries on swimming pool products and providing a high level of customer service.
Based in our Head Office in Witney, Oxfordshire.

Certikin International is looking for a Customer Technical Support Advisor to join our busy Pools Division to help deliver further growth. Certikin International is a brand leader that delivers everything that is required to build, refurbish & maintain residential and commercial swimming pools and spa/wellness centers.
The job includes:
- Handling all customer email and telephone enquiries of a technical and sales nature, promptly and effectively
- Dealing with technical enquiries referred by the Sales Order Processing department
- Providing quotations where necessary
- Liaising with customers and building lasting relationships
- Receiving and inputting telephone and email orders as a result of quotations as a result of technical advice and/or quotations
- Accompanying Divisional Management or other colleagues on customer or supplier visits as appropriate
- Occasionally attending Trade Shows and Company-led seminars
- Liaising with Internal & External Sales Executives
- Promoting product initiatives and assisting in promoting designated lines
- Maintaining product knowledge in order to influence and develop sales, as well as upselling products
- Providing documentation as required by the customer such as product specification
- Maintaining knowledge of the in-house system to effectively deal with enquiries regarding delivery and availability.

What will you bring to the role?
- Previous experience of working in the Swimming Pool industry would be desirable but not essential
- Technical skills, practical thinking and a strong sales focus
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of account management, or previous sales experience would be advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft software
- Ability to function in a high-paced environment.
