Centre Host Opportunity at Audi Poole

We have an opportunity for a Centre Host to join our team at Audi Poole.

As a Centre Host, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm and professional welcome from the moment they arrive. You will play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience, ensuring customers are looked after throughout their visit and directed to the appropriate department or member of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming and receiving customers promptly and courteously
  • Meeting and greeting customers bringing their vehicles into the Centre and moving them to the on-site car park
  • Answering incoming calls and transferring them to the appropriate person or department
  • Looking after customers during their visit and keeping them informed
  • Liaising between customers and relevant departments to ensure a seamless experience
  • Supporting the Centre team in delivering outstanding customer service

Requirements

What you will need to be a Centre Host at Audi Poole:

  • Experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to use your own initiative and effectively multitask
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • A team-player mindset
  • Flexibility to cover holidays and absence when required
  • A friendly, professional and personable approach with excellent communication skills
  • A full UK driving licence

Hours of Work

  • 20 hours per week
  • Monday: 8:00am - 6:00pm
  • Friday: 8:30am - 6:30pm

A uniform will be provided.
