Parts Advisor – Porsche Centre Glasgow

At Porsche, excellence isn’t an option — it’s the standard. We’re looking for a motivated, driven and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our team at Porsche Centre Glasgow, where precision, performance and exceptional service come together.
As a Parts Advisor with Sytner Group, you’ll play a key role in keeping our workshop and customers moving. Working as part of our ‘One Team’ philosophy, you’ll build strong relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers, ensuring every request is handled with speed, accuracy and professionalism.
From identifying the right component to sourcing specialist parts and accessories, you’ll use your product knowledge and attention to detail to deliver a service that reflects the Porsche name. You’ll also take ownership of stock management, ensuring our parts department is organised, efficient and operating to the highest standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing outstanding parts advice and customer service, both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Identifying, searching for and sourcing vehicle parts and accessories.
- Ordering and selling parts while ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every stage.
- Maintaining a well-organised stock room and effectively managing stock levels.
- Working closely with our workshop, sales and wider dealership teams to deliver a seamless One Team experience.
- Building trusted relationships with customers, colleagues and suppliers.
- Ensuring every interaction reflects the quality, precision and attention to detail associated with Porsche.

About You
We’re looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience and takes pride in getting the details right.
We are looking for someone with previous experience in a similar Parts Advisor role within the motor industry, and who can demonstrate the right attitude, skills and ambition.
