Join the RAC as a Porsche Personal Case Manager and deliver a personalised service that leaves a lasting impression on every member.

Up to £27,000 salary

Full-time, permanent role

Based at Porsche HQ, Reading

Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 18:00, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays (09:00 to 13:00)

Hybrid working available following successful completion of probation

A different kind of customer service role

This isn't a traditional contact centre role.

At the Porsche Customer Relations Hub, powered by the RAC, you'll take ownership of each member's journey from start to finish. Rather than passing queries between teams, you'll build relationships, investigate concerns, and deliver solutions that reflect the standards of a premium brand.

You'll have the support, trust and autonomy to make decisions that genuinely improve the member experience.

What you'll do

  • Act as the first point of contact for members via phone and email
  • Take ownership of customer queries and complaints from initial contact through to resolution
  • Manage FCA-regulated complaints accurately and in line with regulatory requirements
  • Build strong relationships with Porsche Centres and internal stakeholders
  • Communicate clearly, professionally and empathetically at every stage of the customer journey
  • Provide regular updates and manage expectations throughout each case
  • Use sound judgement to identify appropriate resolutions and goodwill gestures
  • Maintain accurate records across customer and complaint management systems
  • Develop expertise in Porsche products, services and processes
  • Deliver a consistently high standard of service that reflects both Porsche and the RAC brand

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
