Location: York

As a Porsche Pro, you will be a true brand ambassador within the Porsche Centre in York generating and spreading a positive atmosphere and enthusiasm, enhancing the Porsche Centre image.

You will create unexpected and personalised “Wow Moments” within the sales process both inside and outside of the Porsche Centre, ensuring at all times and high-quality and exclusive customer service. If you have a passion for cars, then this is the role for you!

This role is working 40 hours which includes Saturday. You will not work on Sunday and another day during the week.

Your Day To Day Will Include

  • Creating fascinating moments and inspiring customer enthusiasm for the brand and the products.
  • Ensuring that you are up to date in the technology, trends, and competitor products to provide high-level knowledge for both customers and colleagues.
  • Informing and updating our Porsche Centre visitors about Porsche models and history.
  • Enabling a customer-centric experience, supporting the efficient knowledge sharing amongst all of our Porsche employees.
  • Conducting test drives, to foster this most critical decision factor for interested customers.

What We Are Looking For

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and unambiguously with customers, members of the public, and other team members.
  • The ability to quickly build rapport with and inspire confidence in customers.
  • A customer-centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
  • An impeccable standard of personal presentation.
  • A passionate, enthusiastic, proactive, professional approach!
  • It is essential that you have a valid driving license which is free from excessive penalties.
