Willing to join a dynamic international shipping company where you can shape and support port operations and contract management?

CLdN RoRo Ltd operates vessels on fixed RoRo and LoLo lines in Europe. Most of the parties delivering services to the company do so under a negotiated agreement. An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Port Operations and Contract Manager to oversee the third-party terminals and managers.

Your role

You will be responsible for keeping a close contact with stakeholders and evaluating the operational performance of the third-party terminals and stevedores in adherence to the made agreements.

Main responsibilities

  • Port Contract Negotiations & Administration
    • Manage agreements with port operators, terminals, stevedores, agents, tugboat services and others.
    • Ensure compliance with berthing, loading/unloading services, and port tariffs.
    • Compare similar tariffs over the network and aim for operational and economical improvements.
    • Negotiate the existing and new contracts.
    • Keep an overview of all contracts and content.
    • Coordinate with the invoicing team when necessary, making sure CLdN is correctly invoiced.
    • Dispute resolution: Work with operational, legal and finance teams to resolve contractual disputes/claims.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
