Portal Product Manager, Self-Service & Intelligence Platform
Pico is seeking a Portal Product Manager to lead the next phase of our client digital platform strategy. This role will own the product roadmap for the Pico Portal as it evolves from a client interface into a self-service, workflow automation, and intelligence platform for Market Services clients.
The Portal Product Manager will work across Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales Engineering, Client Success, and commercial teams to improve how clients request services, track delivery, access operational insights, interact with data products, and engage with Pico. This person will translate client and business needs into a prioritized roadmap, executable requirements, adoption plans, and measurable outcomes.
The ideal candidate has experience with B2B platforms, client portals, workflow automation, digital self-service, service delivery systems, APIs, or operational technology. They should be commercially aware, technically fluent, highly structured, and comfortable working with both senior business stakeholders and engineering teams.
This is a strategic role for someone who wants to build a scalable product platform that improves client experience, reduces operational complexity, enables digital commerce, and supports future intelligence and analytics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the Portal product vision, roadmap, backlog, and success measures.
- Drive workflow automation, self-service ordering, delivery visibility, and client adoption.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, release plans, and stakeholder communications.
- Partner with Delivery, Engineering, Operations, Product, and Sales Engineering to deliver scalable platform capabilities.
- Use data, client feedback, and operational metrics to prioritize product investments.
- Support future opportunities around APIs, analytics, data storefronts, AI-enabled workflows, and digital commercialization.
- Drive adoption through enablement, communication, stakeholder engagement, and measurable outcomes.
The Successful Candidate Will Bring
- Product management experience with B2B platforms, workflow products, client portals, SaaS, digital commerce, service delivery, or operational systems.
- Strong roadmap, backlog, and requirements discipline.
- Ability to simplify complex workflows and convert them into scalable product capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder management across business, technical, operational, and client-facing teams.
- Commercial awareness and ability to connect product priorities to efficiency, adoption, revenue, margin, and client value.
- Practical AI fluency and disciplined use of approved tools, data protection, validation, and accountability.

Working Arrangements
This is a Hybrid position with [weekly time in the office with the flexibility of working from home]. Though travel may be required from time to time, it is not expected to be regular or frequent. The role holder will be expected to work whatever hours are necessary for the performance of this role (recognizing that it involves multiple jurisdictions/geographies including but not limited to EMEA, USA, and APAC).
